		<description>We can blame youtube on the negative viewing, such as with Bandura's Social Learning on Agression. However, where is the measurement of videos that are available   on youtube that teach the students.  (Like here)  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=byhLPxT_FJQ  There are just as many videos on that. Note that there should be a policing of information appropriate the under 21.  The flagging of information is not strong enough, but then again, thorough training of kids will diminish a 3 minute modeling of negative behavior.</description>

		<description>It's sometimes easy to point the finger at the parents but I think that you may have a good argument.  The parents of these children should know more about what their children are doing when they're out and about.  

Since when has it been acceptable to beat someone on the street with a 'gang' of others watching and recording.  Although this could raise arguments about group conformity and gang mentality.

		<description>I myself don't think youtube is to blame. It all stems from these childrens parents. Their parents should be less concerned with these videos, (something they can do nothing to stop) and more concerned on where their children are after school and on the weekends.</description>
