Just another psychology blog? No. Here I will be posting links to articles, research or resources specifically selected as it relates in some way to the OCR A Level Psychology course.
I’ll be keeping my eyes open for anything that’s relevant to OCR psychology; so whether you’re a teacher or a student PsychBLOG.co.uk should be the first place that you check. As this site develops I’m hoping that it will become invaluable, especially when looking for research for coursework (although this is going in the new specs! Relief!) or assignments.
Talking is great so do post your thoughts, ramblings and musings on the posts here. You can also keep track of what’s going on here at PsychBLOG by subscribing to our RSS feed or via email. If none of that makes sense to you then you could start by reading this.
If you know of anything that should be up here - news, articles, research or just gossip, then let me know at jamiedavies@gmail.com.
The author: Occasionally brilliant, sometimes moody, workaholic and lazy to the bone. A 25-year-old teacher, post-grad student, a-level examiner and writer from Yorkshire. Graduated from Cardiff University in 2004 with a BSc in Psychology, currently studying for MSc Psychology while teaching at a large Sixth Form college.
Other sites that I have worked on (am working on - mainly with Mark) which could be of interest to you are:
- LearnPsychology.net - biggest and best (we are modest) online psychology glossary aimed at A Level students;
- clickPsych.com - psychology links directory: here you will find all of the links we know about and lots of others for good measure too;
- holah.co.uk - can’t take credit for this but just pimping it again for Mark (he hits me otherwise);
- PsychBlog.co.uk - and how can I forget this little beauty.
